For the lifetime ownership of your Shockwafe system, you will be paired with a Ninja concierge that is specialized in your home theater devices, ensuring speedy and seamless assistance at all times.

This program is completely free-of-charge but you will have to be an owner of a Nakamichi Shockwafe system to be eligible for sign-up.
As a Nakamichi DNA member, your relationship with us will last a lifetime upon sign-up.
No, the DNA program does not extend your warranty. All Nakamichi Shockwafe soundbars have a one year limited warranty from the original date of purchase of the product. Yes! All Nakamichi VIPs who are owners of our Shockwafe soundbars are eligible for registration.
You can also locate the serial number (E.g. eARC92XXXXXXXX) behind your subwoofer / soundbar or on the warranty card provided to you.
A Ninja will be assigned to you based on a short questionnaire about your system configuration before joining the program.
