For the lifetime ownership of your Shockwafe system, you will be paired with a Ninja concierge that is specialized in your home theater devices, ensuring speedy and seamless assistance at all times.

Do I have to pay for this program?

Accepted Answer

This program is completely free-of-charge but you will have to be an owner of a Nakamichi Shockwafe system to be eligible for sign-up.

How long will my membership under this program last?

As a Nakamichi DNA member, your relationship with us will last a lifetime upon sign-up.

Question 4

Will my warranty be extended upon sign-up?

Accepted Answer

No, the DNA program does not extend your warranty. All Nakamichi Shockwafe soundbars have a one year limited warranty from the original date of purchase of the product. I have an older version of the Nakamichi Shockwafe soundbar. Am I still eligible to sign up for this program?

Yes! All Nakamichi VIPs who are owners of our Shockwafe soundbars are eligible for registration.

It is difficult for me to read the serial number on the back of my soundbar as it is wall mounted. Where else can I find the serial number?

You can also locate the serial number (E.g. eARC92XXXXXXXX) behind your subwoofer / soundbar or on the warranty card provided to you.
